Management trainees or commonly abbreviated as MT are positions that are sought after by many fresh graduates. In this career path, you will re-enter the "lecture process" to be prepared to become a manager in a company. The "lecture" process is challenging and includes a lot of material because, after graduation, it is expected that MTs can fill strategic positions in the company.
There are many things you should know about MT before sending an application for this position. By knowing these things, you will be able to appear more mature in the interview session. Most companies that open MT vacancies will target new graduates or fresh graduates. In addition, the age of the applicant must also not exceed 25. This all has a purpose. Although you are prepared by the company to be a manager, you must be willing to do things that are usually done by office boys. Although in this MT training series you have been paid equally - even some higher - with other employees, as an MT you are required to always perform high. Do not be complacent and just relax with your current position. Remember, the knockout system run by the company allows you to be expelled.
